Seattle Washington

Rob and Rebecca are the best tour guides I know.  Yes we made it to Pikes Place fish market. And yes, they do throw fish.  Large flower market with very fresh flowers.  Beautiful Seattle skyline.  Where old trains go to live out the rest of their lives.  Old Rusty. Beautiful walks around mirror lake.  Hiking with the group.  The camera adds so much weight to my midsection.  Hydro electric dam with added waterfall.

Sagrada Familia, Barcelona Spain

The Beautiful Sagrada Familia. Started back in 1882 and is still under construction.  Makes you scratch your head. All built by donations. The money from the tours pays for building the church. Front of the church with Baby Jesus with the wisemen on the left and Shepard's on the right with a shepherds dog. The star is in the middle.  Stained glass that gives the church an amazing color that is always changing depending on where the sun is in relation to the church. These are made to look like trees and they are all bending out like the wind is pushing them. The jagged tops are leaves that are hanging down.  Stairs to the upper seating.  The stairway to heaven.  Christ on the cross.  they are hoping the church will be finished in 2026, but that is an estimate. I do not see how.

Cannes, France

Ariving on a small tender into Cannes. The film festival is going on so we hope to sneek into some red carpet areas. I have my nicest T-shirt on.  Having drinks in Cannes. Place is crowded as Top Gun and Elvis movies and all the stars are here.  The Disney Ship we are on. We tendered from the boat to Cannes. Helicopters were transporting people all day. Cannes is electric with energy.

A D^Livorno Florence and Pisa

It really is leaning.  we are playing around with the photo. I am leaning to one side.  When in Italy.

Disney Cruise back to Barcelona

I made a big mistake. I said, "hey look, it is Goofy". This was Pluto.  Like saying the Death Star was in Star Trek.

Roma and The Vatican City

The Roman Colosseum Amazing work Entrance to Roman Coliseum The masterpiece that started it all.  Garden tub for birds and flowers made for Nero. Red marble that is more expensive than gold.  Floor from a Roman house. Taken because the Pope wanted it. Room the houses Cappella Sistina Blue paint was very expensive. Rare to see blue in artwork back in the day.  The Church

Sorrento and Pompei

From the main square in Pompei. People can walk up and touch just about anything. Hard to wrap my head around how easy it is to vandalize the areas.  Street up to the city from the harbor. Tam is smelling leather again. I am starting to wonder again. Pampai Gladiator fields.  Stage for the performers. Beautiful original Roman roads actual stones Bakery with grinding stones. Main road used by chariots, rain, sewage and people that lived in Pompeii. They were not the cleanest people. We saw lead pipes that carried water to some houses. As you know, lead in drinking water causes all types of issues. Tour guide in pink and Tam.  Headboard of a bed carved into the wall. Straw was placed on the floor of the bed.  Old couple trying to take a selfie. They were nice, but we kept our distance as most others did too. Men would come here for relax and massag
