Rob - The Enchantments, WA (Sept 12, 2026)

Rob and a friend hiked The Enchantments in Washington State. The Enchantments is a famous alpine basin in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness near Leavenworth, Washington, known for its jagged peaks and turquoise lakes. 

Key stops along the way include Colchuck Lake, Perfection Lake, and Snow Lakes.

Prominent Peaks and Elevations include Dragontail at 8,840 ft which is the highest and most prominent peak.

Cannon Mountain at 8,638 ft include a massive peak overlooking the basin.

Distance traveled equals 26.32 miles (42.36 kilometers) in 12 hours and 28 minutes with an elevation gain of 8,904 ft (2.71 kilometers).

Key landmarks include the Colchuck Lake.
